Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol was recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
