This modification application has been filed to modify the judgment and order dated 19.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 11891 of 2021, which reads as follows:- "That this modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 19.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 11891/2021 passed by this Court to the extent of making correction in the name of the Police Station as Barhara (Khawaspur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257/21 (In place of Barhara P.S. Case No. 257/21). Because the correct police station is Barhara

Patna High Court MJC No.1713 of 2021(2) dt.13-09-2021 2/2 (Khawaspur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257/2021."

In view of the above, the prayer quoted above is allowed and the judgment and order dated 19.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 11891 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

This modification application is allowed.
