The petitioners being the brothers and brothers' wives of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and disposing of the dead body. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37942 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 entire in-laws family. The petitioners claimed to be separate from the husband of the victim since last several years and the husband of the victim is in custody.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the victim informed the informant perceiving the life threat when the informant reached to the in-laws house of the victim when the accused persons disposed of the dead body of the daughter of the informant.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
