This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 ( G.R. No. 1454 of 2016), disclosing offence under Sections 341,354B,324,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier approached this court for grant of anticipatory bail, which was rejected by an order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22209 of 2017. It is the petitioner's case that the petitioner was granted police bail in course of investigation. Upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken. Since the cognizance has been taken, the petitioner again apprehends his arrest.

No.40974 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, though the present anticipatory bail cannot be maintained, it is indicated, however, that the petitioner may surrender before the court below and if the Court below is satisfied that the petitioner was allowed police bail in course of investigation, the Court will allow him to remain on bail, in the absence of any material suggesting misuse of the Police bail..

This application is disposed of.
