By the impugned order dated 18.01.2014, the learned Munsif I, Sasaram, Rohtas refused to exhibit red cards in Title Suit No.59 of 1992.
From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the Court below considered the submissions of the parties and the report as well as letters and then recorded finding that the record in which the red cards have been issued is not available and that the red cards sought to be exhibited do not bear the seal of the authority and, therefore, refused to exhibit the said documents. At the time of hearing of this application, it is pointed out to this Court that the State of Bihar has filed written statement in the Court below that the land in suit was never acquired and it
Patna High Court CWJC No.6630 of 2014 (2) dt.12-02-2016 was never distributed.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, no case for interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction is made out.
