JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-47, 47(A), 53(C) of Bihar Excise Act. The alleged recovery was made from a shop of coaccused Arun Kumar, who disclosed the name of the petitioner. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 22-07-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sheohar P.S.
