The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2016. The F.I.R. is against unknown. The offence alleged is commission of theft of bag by two un-known persons. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Submission is that nothing was recovered form possession of the petitioner and no T.I. parade has been conducted uptill now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53251 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 338 of 2015.
