The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.387C of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 417, 418, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner on the pretext of treatment of the complainant took her signature and turned the paper into a sale deed for the execution of a land. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now-a-days sale deed is only registered when the executant of the sale deed represent before the Registrar. The complainant voluntarily sold her land later on, she filed the case making false allegation.

No.41008 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner denied to have forged any document, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.387C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
