Petitioner is accused in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379 of the I.P.C. and 3(a)(b) of the Domestic Violation Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Thereafter, she was also ousted from the matrimonial house by her in-laws' family members.

Submission is that petitioner is husband and due to family dispute, he has falsely been implicated in this case after 14 years of the marriage. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2016, having no criminal antecedent.

No.48213 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016.
