The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two accused persons on point of firearm dispossessed the informant of his vehicle and also looted other articles as mentioned in the FIR. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Deewana Kumar made before police. The said Deewana Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 4.1.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41995 of 2021. No incriminating article has been

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration grant of bail to co-accused Deewana Kumar on whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner transpired together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Town P.S. Case no. 155 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
