2. The present appeal has been directed:

"towards the order dated 28-02-2024, passed by Sri Vinay Prakash Tiwari, learned additional district Judge III, Patna in Miscellaneous appeal (sic a miscellaneous case) no. 21 of 2023 filed by the sole respondent herein, whereby and where under the learned court below while allowing the said misc. appeal set aside the Bihar State Board of Religious trusts(for sake of brevity herein after to be referred as the Board)'s order dated 25.2.2023 through which the Sangat Paschim Darwaza and the temple Lord Shiva

Patna High Court MA No.378 of 2024(4) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 therein were declared as a Public trust under section 28(2)u of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act 1950(for sake of brevity hereinafter referred to as the Act)."
