This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be right in his submission that the prosecution case as narrated in the First Information Report is highly improbable and malicious. In view of the above, this application is allowed. Let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
