Having sensed that there cannot be a second revision, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to allow him to convert this application in an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The petitioner is permitted to convert this application in an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. subject to the further stamp reporting.
Mr. Akhileshwar Dayal, learned counsel for the State is present. He has no objection to the same.
