2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 06/2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(2)/317(5)/ 338/336(3)/340(2)/ 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., 11 stolen motorcycles were recovered from the garage of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is a motorcycle mechanic and he had no knowledge that the seized motorcycles are stolen motorcycles.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42639 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
