JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Manpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 (G.R. No. 577 of 2017) instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he is the member of unlawful assembly. There is specific allegation against co-accused Sunil Yadav of causing firearm injury to the son of the informant.
In the written report, it appears that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sunil Yadav of causing firearm injury on right side head of the son of the informant and he fell down on the ground. The petitioner is alleged to be the member

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.3.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 (G.R. No. 577 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
