The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Complaint Case No. C2A 207/2016 registered under Sections 47A, 53C and 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

45 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and 39 litres of bear were recovered from the hotel of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Excise Complaint Case No. C2A 207/2016.
