2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 506, 353, 224, 225 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, obstructed the police party and got freed the accused persons from police custody and also tore some government papers.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

It is further submitted that petitioners have also got one criminal antecedent.
