A pickup van bearing Registration No. BR-10P 7511 was driven away by an unknown thief. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that save and except inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of the petitioner, nothing more remains. Accordingly, Raushan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, WestMuzaffarpur in connection with Motipur PS Case No. 47/2017.
