JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 (B), 379, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 190 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
