2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University referring to paragraph no.10 of the 3rd supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the O.P. No.4, submitted that a

Patna High Court MJC No.1718 of 2023(18) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 cheque No.531336 dated 142.08.2025 for Rs.62,18,773/- and another Cheque No.531337 dated 12.08.2025 for Rs.6,00,000/- towards TDS deduction have been issued in favour of the petitioner and, as such, the order of this Court has been fully complied.

3. Considering the fact that the substantial amount has been paid to the petitioner, the order under contempt appears to have been complied.

4. However, the petitioner if still aggrieved in any manner, he would at be liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

5. The present contempt petition, accordingly, stands consigned.
