In case the petitioner approaches the respondents with a representation within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits by the Controller of Stores, East Central Railway, BISCOMAUN Bhavan, Patna (Respondent No. 2) in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of 12 weeks thereafter and
