JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondents for redressal of his grievances.

2. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case the petitioner approaches the respondents with a representation within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits by the Controller of Stores, East Central Railway, BISCOMAUN Bhavan, Patna (Respondent No. 2) in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of 12 weeks thereafter and
