JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 After some arguments, having realised that this petitioner is in private job at Delhi and the amount of maintenance awarded to the opposite parties are meagre sum of Rs.3,000/- to the applicant no. 1 (wife of the petitioner) and Rs.1,000/- to each of the minor daughter and son of the petitioner and having gone through the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Anju Garg and Anr. Versus Deepak Kumar Garg reported in 2022 SCC Online SC 1314, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
