The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 365 and 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

This is second attempt. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his mobile phone was lying on the window one Ranjay Kumar has stolen the SIM and used the said SIM for demanding the ransom. He has accepted the same in the case diary.

Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 submits that informant is receiving threat from the relative of the present petitioner and if he will come out from the jail there is every

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6222 of 2017 (4) dt.22-03-2017 chance of tempering with the evidence. He further submits that case has been fixed on 28.3.2016 for evidence. Looking to the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine month on day to day basis from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Prosecution is also direction to co-operative with the proceeding.
