JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. Case 55 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent.

From the written report it appears that one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 23.3.2017. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S.
