2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of one loaded automatic pistol from the possession of the petitioner, the said recovery was allegedly made before the police personnel only and not before the independent person, the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 12.03.2025 and he has fair and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41695 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 clean antecedent and against him, the investigation has been completed and also the release of petitioner on bail will not affect the prosecution adversely in any manner.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Having considered the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel and mainly petitioner's young age, his fair and clean antecedent coupled with the completion of investigation against him as well as his custody period and also the fact that most of the material witnesses of the prosecution which are to be examined, are police officials, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025.
