Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
According to F.I.R., while the deceased was earning his livelihood abroad, his wife married with this petitioner. When the deceased returned, he asked his wife to vacate the house which was constructed on the land purchased by the deceased from the fund provided by the deceased. But the same was not liked by the wife of the deceased and this petitioner. Hence all conspired and allegedly committed his murder. The death body was recovered from the septic tank of the same

The sister of the deceased is informant of this case. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and materials available, strong circumstances is there showing the involvement of the petitioner. Hence I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail in connection with Phulwaria Police Station Case No.209 of 2017. Accordingly, prayer for bail is refused.
The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine months. (Birendra Kumar, J) abhishek/- U T
