JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 413 and 414 of the I.P.C. The petitioner is said to have been apprehended by the police and one mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of theft against the petitioner and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got a fair antecedent carrying one case in which he is on bail. It is also submitted that the petitioner is languishing in jail since 28.03.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33843 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S.
