Mr. Manoj Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant and some other persons who sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it

No.51875 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 appears that most of the injuries are simple in nature and it is also submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate incident. It is also submitted that the good sense has prevailed between the parties and the matter has been compromised and compromise petition is annexed as Annexure2 to this petition. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
