Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition of petitioner no.4, namely, Anuj Ram is dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52265 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/3 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

It is a case of assault and abuse upon the informant and outrage the modesty towards women of the informant by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Rahul Kumar, Dilkhush Kumar, Gautam Kumar @ Dinbandhu, Munna Ram, Guddu Kumar @ Prabhat Ranjan, Sugia Devi and Geeta Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties
