JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 341, 342, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case was earlier sent to mediation committee for resolution of dispute between the parties vide order dated 19.07.2017 and petitioner was allowed the privilege of provisional bail.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that mediation between the parties is successful and now opposite party no. 2 along with her children living with the petitioner, report of mediator also substantiate the above submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32122 of 2017 (4) dt.06-11-2017 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.07.2017 in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017, is hereby confirmed.
