JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 , 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner two live cartridges, one mobile, Rs. 6000 Indian currency and Rs. 500 Nepali currency are alleged to have been recovered. But nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and there is no compliance of the provisions of Section 100 Cr. P.C. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2019.

Case No. 149 of 2019.
