The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lauriya P.S. Case No. 32/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while she was sleeping with her daughter, the petitioner came and went along with her daughter, but on the next morning the dead body of her daughter was found.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. The petitioner was in love with the deceased and there is no motive on the part of the petitioner that he committed murder of his own

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36956 of 2015 (3) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 beloved. The informant also alleged that she has got suspicion against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the deceased went along with the petitioner and immediately thereafter, on the next morning the dead body of the deceased was found, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
