The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 47 (A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 25 ltrs. of country-made liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 01.09.2016. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52668 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 stated above as well as the petitioner is in custody for the sufficient period and the charge-sheet has been submitted, let petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj (M.H.
