Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.600 of 2019 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No.94 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 55 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle, which was driven by this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
