ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 1.5.2014 passed by this Court to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, in connection with Complaint Case No. 58-C of 2012. In the nature of dispute between the Parties, an attempt was made to settle the same but, unfortunately, it could not be settled to satisfaction of the Parties. Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 1.5.2014 passed by this Court to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16044 of 2014 (5) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 Bettiah, in connection with Complaint Case No. 58-C of 2012, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.750//- (Seven hundred fifty) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.500/-.
