The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 363,365,366A of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though in the FIR allegation is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant. However, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not alleged that petitioner had kidnapped her rather she has specifically stated that she had voluntarily gone to the house of her relative. Considering the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No.140 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial
