2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for giving a direction to the concern authorities to make construction Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan over the land situated at Mauza Ithari Thana No. 232, Khata No. 307, Khesra No. 896, Area 52 decimal whereby and where under the petitioner is ready to registered land in question in the name of Bihar Government which is situated main road;

Patna High Court CWJC No.9634 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 (ii) for giving a direction to stop the construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the village Haripur which is far away about 10 kilometer from the Ithari Gram Panchayat, Dhamdaha.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of the said grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stand disposed of.
