ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.5.2014 passed by this Court, to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Motihari, in connection with Complaint Case No. 222 of 2011, Trial No. 2662 of 2013.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, an attempt was made to settle the dispute but it could not be done. Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 15.5.2014 passed by this Court, to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16617 of 2014 (6) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 Magistrate, Sadar at Motihari, in connection with Complaint Case No. 222 of 2011, Trial No. 2662 of 2013, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (One thousand only) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
