JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No.04 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 448, 376, 354 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(a) and 66(c) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.01.2020.

Having regard to the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
