Thirty three bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from a semi-constructed house of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 08-06-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Naugachia P.S.
