This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Mejarganj P.S.Case No.159 of 2016for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that three known persons allegedly caused fire arm injury to the deceased,, due to which he died on the spot.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that during the investigation, his name transpired and as such there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 15.3.2017 Heard learned A.P.P. also. It appears from perusal of the petition that he is accused in 12 other cases but he has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner however, once the charge is framed against the petitioner, the learned trial court shall release the petitioner on bail in connection with Mejarganj P.S.Case No.159 of 2016 to his own satisfaction.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
