Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of his personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali in connection with Patepur P.S.
