The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 10 of 2019 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 20,22,23,24 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 3 Kgs. Of Ganja was recovered. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 30.3.2019.

Considering the fact that the quantity of Ganja is not commercial one and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
