The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant and snatched gold chain and a mobile phone.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the bike of the petitioner was collided

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55713 of 2021(3) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 with the bike of the informant, as a result of which, both the petitioner and the informant received injuries. The injury of the informant is simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
