The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is in consideration of the antecedent of the petitioner as well as recovery of motorcycle that the prayer of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No.57885 of 2015 and has been renewed today when it is submitted by learned counsel that the petitioner was in custody since 23.3.2015 in connection with another case and remanded in the present case on 8.6.2015 and he is in custody for more than two years.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submission of learned counsel, let the petitioner, namely, Chandan Kumar @ Chandan Kumar Singh be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30616 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 subject to the condition that in case the petitioner is found involved in any further case of similar nature since after his release in the present case, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond and to take him into custody.
