The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier twice rejected by orders dated 16.10.2015 and 13.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 28233 of 2015 and 24118 of 2016 respectively on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2014 and up till now the trial has not been concluded though there was direction to conclude the trial preferably within nine months The learned A.P.P. opposes prayer for bail of the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant and he has got criminal antecedent also.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23757 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 593 of 2015 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 523 of 2014 pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Begusarai.

However, considering the period of detention, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
