No. 48345 of 2014, village name of petitioner no. 1 was wrongly typed as Ramgarhwa in place of Ramgarhwa Bazar and mohalla name of petitioner no. 2 was wrongly typed as Naya Road in place of Ward No. 21 Kasba.

Accordingly, in order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48345 of 2014 and other analogous cases, in cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 48345 of 2014, village name of petitioner no. 1 be read as Ramgarhwa Bazar in place of Ramgarhwa and Mohall name of petitioner no. 2 be read as Ward No. 21 Kasba in place of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37807 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 Naya Road.

With the aforesaid observations, this modification petition stands disposed of.
