Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that his name surfaced in this case in the confessional statements of co- accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as a matter of fact, at paras 24, 25 and 26 of the case diary only confessional statements have been recorded. It is also submitted that the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade and investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
