In view of the nature of injuries in the post-mortem report and there being no further ground for entertaining this application, the prayer for regular bail made on behalf of the petitioner is once again rejected.
The trial court is, however, directed to expedite the trial of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.242 of 2016 and dispose of the same within a period of one year from today.
