The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.52 of 2001, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 427/34 IPC and 27 Arms Act. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she assaulted the father of the informant with farsa.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. She has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged has ever taken place. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41917 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 submitting that from perusal of the record, it is clear that process u/s 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been completed against the petitioner. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since process u/s 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been completed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on her behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
